take your abusive behavior anymore. Your constant criticism and violent behavior
is just wearing me down. Day after day listening to all your comments is
just getting on my nerves. Nothing I do is right and you use any excuse to
start treating me like a worthless person. Have you ever looked at yourself
and realized you just are not always right?
I don't have to tell you that a relationship
is about us not just you. You are not the only person in the world and my
feelings matter as well. You just don't seem to understand anything about
me and what's more just don't even try. If you thought of this relationship
in a less self-centered way maybe we could have worked something out. But
now I just want out. |

your abusive treatment anymore and this is it! Your constant bulling and
violence to get your own way is not going to work anymore with me. I am out
of here and our relationship is over! I refuse to be someone's punching bag
that you can just take your anger out anytime anyplace. It's time for me
to take a stand and get out of this relationship before it is too late.
I have tried to discuss this with you so many
times but you just promise to change and never do. I have even talked to
you about getting counseling for your problems but you just got angry and
started getting abusive. You are not able to face your problems or even admit
you have one. Your denial is hurting me too much. You say you love me but
if you really did you would do something about this and not keep on hurting

| I hope you finally decide to get
some help before something you truly regret happens. Maybe you will give
yourself time to think and stop this cycle of violence. I hope this break
up will make you take a hard look at yourself and force you to do something
about your uncontrollable anger and violence.
When you come home read this letter carefully
and please do not try to contact me. I don't want anymore of your feeble
excuses and threats to get me to do things your way. I have a life and I
am going to live it. I refuse to live my life like this always worried and
frightened what you will think of and do next. |
